  1. YUM! YUM! This takes me back to the good days when my family use to make this for dinner only it was ground beef, instead! I would get a bowl of 4oz of spaghetti noodles covered in half a cup of ground beef with sauce and then I would top it off with half a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese! Ever since my family got on this worthless paleo diet, they stopped buying bread, pasta, and rice. I usually buy my own food now because of it. This Turkey Bolognase looks like it would be exquisite!

    1. Hey Gilert,

Thanks for the comment, I see you’ve been active on a few of our posts, it’s great to have such an engaging reader on our site.

I must admit that bolognase goes down so well with a mountain of cheese. The concept of subbing over to turkey mince is the due to it being so lean! Turkey mince has practically no fat in it what so ever. Regular minced beef can contain up to 30% fat depending on the quality of beef you buy. Making small changes such as this in your diet could be the difference to ab definition or no ab definition. It’s a must try man.

      Great to hear from you!
