  2. That’s funny I actually have done that several times in the past. Lots of people like to say that the McMuffin is not bad but even though it may not be as bad as a fried chicken buscuit it still contains empty calories which need to be cut out.

    It’s also really hard to stay away from fast food as a young person because that’s what your friends always seem to want to eat even when you try to eat healthy.

    Do you have any more tips for fast food places?

      You seem to have the right idea! When eating out at fast food joints it’s all about trying to sub out the bad foods for foods that aren’t as bad.

      Such as having a fruit bag instead of fries, or removing the skin off fried chicken. Try to stay clear of fizzy drinks and go for water or real fruit juice, although natural fruit juice is high in sugar, it still has important vitamins and minerals.
