  1. Damn, that looks really good. I would add some sharp cheddar cheese to it to make it perfect. Maybe a side of hash browns would go good with it as well.

      Haha, that would totally defeat the purpose of it being healthy, although it would be delicious none the less. The example provided is supposed to be a healthy alternative. However if you want to make it delicious as possible. Adding a spoon full of salsa and guacamole would make it even more irresistible.
