Introducing Boss Body UK,

Boss Body UK was founded May 2016 by Jacob Maguire and Mitch Bryant. We are a fresh website looking to promote physical well-being and general health. It doesn’t matter if you are young or old, because health is a state of being. It’s instantaneous, constant and also something that’s at the back of our minds. We aim to aid you on your journey of life, providing you with useful and interesting free information. We offer information about; Our Boss Body workout and meal plans, nutritional advice, delicious recipes, workouts, exercises, recommended products and much more.

Hey guys, so it’s time to put a face to a name. I’m Jacob, 23 from West Yorkshire, England. I’ve done GCSE and A level P.E and been working out since I was 16. This gives me a lot of experience in the field of health and fitness. I’m not perfect though, in the past I have drunk and smoked. Today i’m standing strong as a non smoker and just enjoy the occasional drink. I’ve been working in customer services since I was 18 and I’m currently 2 years into my counsellor training. Not only do I want to help people with their physical health, I wish to help them with their mental health too. I love promoting health and well being. I feel like my purpose in life is to help people have a better quality of life.

Hey Guys, just like Jake, it is time to put a face to the name. I’m Mitch, 23 from West Yorkshire England born in 1992. I have been well travelled throughout my life living in Germany, England and Spain. I have IGCSEs and NVQ levels one and two in racehorse care and management. I have been working out since the age of 16 and have a passion for health and fitness. From an early age i have always had a deep interest in the health benefits of foods from around the globe. I have a variety of hobbies such as BMX riding, football, basketball, horse riding and gaming. I have work experience as a chef, magazine manager, retail assistant and Olympic horse groom. The reason myself and Jake started this website is due to the success we had with the workout plan and nutrition plan we developed. There are so many programs out there, that want you to part with your money and that promise you the body of a God. We promise you the body of a God, but do not believe what we share with you should have a price.Let us help you to help your health.

    I believe that the healthy lifestyle = better lifestyle. Eating healthy, sleeping well and exercising enough makes our mind fresh and improves our happiness and the quality of our lives. I would feel very bad to be out of shape because it’s the sign of lack of self-discipline.

      I like the way you think. Living a healthy and active lifestyle leads to an enhanced experience of life.

      It saddens me to see people just sit there for a prolonged amount of time not doing anything. You only have 1 life so why not live it and achieve greatness.

      We aim to help you help your health. To know that your efforts have made someone else’s life easier or better, is knowing to have lived.

  2. I find it can be hard to come across websites that offer quality meals and work out plans for staying in shape.

    I see this is a newer site and from what I read on your about page is interesting that I will come back to check out further posts as you keep developing.

      Hi Travis, Cheers for the comment.

      We look to provide delicious recipe ideas (breakfast section already has some content) and nutritional information (such as info about superfoods) on the site.

      We shall be providing a set meal plan alongside the Boss Body UK workout and an explanation as to why we have made it like this. Be sure to come back and check us out in two weeks, by then we will have the vast majority of our content up.

  3. awesome article. I definitely agree with the nutritional information. I eat 5 times a day (every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. I make sure that I get the proper nutrition in each meal, protein, carbs, fats. I wish I was educated on nutrition and how to eat years ago. This is such awesome information to be given to the public and you are giving people such an educational tool that can change their life as long as they view it as a lifestyle change and not a short fix.
